Bodybuilding Mass Routine

Bodybuilding Mass Routine requires no substances were used to enhance the creation of the muscles. This type of is much more difficult. Competitions that involve this type of require contestants to undergo various types of testing including drug testing , polygraph, and blood tests. They thoroughly look at all tests to provide verification that no substances were used by the bodybuilder. They use the same types of testing methods as the Olympics.

To compete in this division, most competitions require the individual to be free of substances for a minimum of 5 years. In addition to the above testing, each competitor must have 2 letters of reference stating they have not used any type of enhancement drugs during the past 5 years. If a competitor is found to have used



drug enhancements, they are banned from all competitions for the next 2 years.

Judging in natural competitions is made up of several areas. Muscle balance, called symmetry is judged. Deltoids are compared to the size of calves. Barrel width of the chest is compared to the width of the thighs. The size of the hips is compared to the sweep of the back. The judge is looking at the overall effect of all the parts together rather than focusing on the size of particular areas. This being said, it is best to work on all areas of definition that to work on building up certain areas. Mass Routine is an art. We will help you reach the peak of your performance.

The next part of judging is presentation. This includes how the individual carries himself, grooming, posture, and the types of posses that the competitor uses. The judge will be looking for a flow from one pose to another. The judges will want to see how the competitor can display their physique in connection with their overall appearance.

Shape and size of the muscles are a very important part of the judging process. The size should be exceptional and the shape should be appealing. Judges will be looking for a distinct separation of each muscle being displayed.

The total scores in all three of these areas are combined to determine points. The winner at the end of the competition is the one with the most points. Mass Routine are much more intense and difficult that traditional bodybuilding. It requires harder workouts and a stricter diet. There are also stricter qualifying guidelines, but the winners as well as competitors in these competitions know they did all the work themselves without any supplements. They should be very proud of that.
